With over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field and a deep passion for helping individuals find their voice, Rebecca is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the support, tools, and care they deserve. After spending five years working closely with the Alamo team, she took ownership of the company to continue its mission of transforming lives through compassionate, individualized AAC solutions. Their leadership is grounded in a commitment to dignity, inclusion, and making meaningful communication possible for all.

Denise Cardona Santos

Regional Marketing Director

With 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, Denise Cardona Santos brings a diverse and mission-driven background to Alamo Assistive Technology as Regional Marketing Director and Device Sales Consultant. Throughout her military career, she held roles in cybersecurity, project management, marketing, public affairs, and human resources, consistently leading initiatives that connected people with critical information and technology. Now in the civilian sector, Denise leverages this experience to promote assistive communication solutions, build partnerships with clinicians, and lead strategic marketing efforts that enhance awareness, education, and adoption of AAC technology across the region.

Bianca De Leon

M.A.,CCC-SLP (AAC device consultant)

As a bilingual speech-language pathologist with over ten years of professional experience, Bianca De Leon specializes in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and the support of individuals with complex communication needs. As an AAC Device Consultant she provide expert guidance on the selection, implementation, and customization of AAC systems. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and cultural competence, Bianca is committed to advancing communication access and enhancing quality of life for diverse populations.

Claire Bagley

Device Sales Consultant

Claire Bagley recently completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is excited to begin her professional journey with Alamo Assistive Technology, growing within the assistive technology and medical device industry. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families through solutions that improve communication, independence, and overall quality of life.
With a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and service, along with an understanding of public health principles, Claire is eager to develop as a Device Sales Specialist and contribute to Alamo’s mission of expanding access to AAC and assistive communication tools. She looks forward to learning from experienced professionals, building meaningful connections in the field, and serving her community with care and purpose.

 

Cecilia Ramos

Client Success Coach

Cecilia Ramos is a San Antonio native who supports clients across Texas as a Client Success Coach at Alamo Assistive Technology. She assists individuals and families with the delivery, setup, and training of communication devices, helping clients feel confident and comfortable using their technology. Known for her patience and strong communication skills, Cecilia is dedicated to meeting clients where they are. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at UTSA, reflecting her commitment to community service and continuous learning. Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her two dogs and two cats and exploring different parts of San Antonio.
